Five steps. No surprises, no hand-offs to people who don't know your order. The same team handles your inquiry from start to delivery.

Inquiry
Tell us the ingredient, the volume, and the application. We confirm availability the same day. If what you need is in stock, we tell you. If it has a longer lead time, we tell you that too — before you've committed to anything. We don't hold back information to close an order faster. - 02
Sample
Samples are available for most ingredients in our catalog and ship within 48 hours of your request. We recommend requesting documentation alongside the sample — that way your R&D team and your compliance or QA team can evaluate the ingredient together before you place an order. If a sample reveals something that needs to be addressed, better to know it at this stage. - 03
Spec & COA Review
Once you're ready to move forward, you receive the full specification sheet, Certificate of Analysis, and any compliance documentation relevant to your industry and application. If you have a specific documentation requirement — an allergen declaration, a non-GMO certificate, a country of origin statement — tell us here. We'll confirm what's available before the order is placed, not after it ships. - 04
Order
Place the order. We confirm the details — ingredient, volume, format, and lead time — before you pay. We pull from US inventory for in-stock items or import direct from our audited supplier network for specialty or lower-volume ingredients. Minimum order quantities vary by ingredient. If MOQ is a factor, we'll work through it with you. - 05
Delivery
Your raw materials arrive properly labeled and with all paperwork ready for receiving. If anything changes between the order confirmation and delivery — a lead time shift, a logistics issue, anything — you hear from us before you hear from your warehouse. We treat a proactive update as part of the job, not an exception.
Minimums
MOQs That Work for Where You Are
We work with brands at all stages — from founders placing their first production run to established companies managing ongoing supply chains. Minimum order quantities vary by ingredient. Some have low entry points, others have higher minimums due to supplier constraints. We'd rather tell you the MOQ upfront and let you decide than let you get deep into a project and find out it doesn't fit your budget. If you're unsure whether your volume is viable, reach out before you request a sample. We'll give you an honest answer.
Custom Sourcing
Need Something Not in the Catalog?
Our catalog covers the most commonly requested raw materials across our three industries. If you're looking for something outside that list, send us the details: ingredient name, intended application, required volume, and any certifications needed. Custom sourcing requests are reviewed case by case. If we can source it reliably and at the right quality level, we will. If we can't, we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
