Three Core Capabilities
We work directly with audited suppliers across North America, Europe, and Asia. There are no broker chains between us and the source. Every supplier in our network is known to us by name, reviewed before onboarding, and held to consistent standards. That direct relationship is what makes our pricing honest and our documentation reliable.
Every ingredient we ship is third-party tested. Every lot comes with a Certificate of Analysis. Depending on the material and your industry, we can also provide Safety Data Sheets, allergen declarations, country of origin documentation, heavy metals and microbial testing results, and organic or non-GMO certifications where applicable. Documentation is part of what we sell — not a request you have to follow up on.
We hold stock domestically so your production schedule doesn't depend on customs clearance timelines. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. For ingredients with longer lead times or limited availability, we flag that clearly before you place an order — not after.
Supplier Standards
We don't add an ingredient to our catalog until we're confident in where it comes from. Every supplier goes through a qualification process before onboarding: we review their testing protocols, manufacturing practices, documentation integrity, and supply chain traceability. Once onboarded, suppliers are monitored on an ongoing basis. If a supplier's standards slip, they come out of our network. The catalog you see reflects what we're willing to stand behind.
Documentation
Brands building in cosmetic, food and beverage, and supplements operate under real regulatory scrutiny. Documentation isn't a courtesy — it's a requirement. We build our documentation package to meet that bar from the start. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis. Additional documentation available on request or by default depending on your industry includes: Safety Data Sheets (SDS), allergen and gluten declarations, country of origin documentation, third-party testing results for heavy metals and microbials, and certifications such as organic, non-GMO, kosher, or halal where applicable. If you have a specific documentation requirement, tell us before the order. We'd rather sort it out early than hold up your receiving.
